I'm a busy professional mom of 2, always looking for a way to quick delicious ways to turn my Hamburger Helper budget into Filet Mignon! I can take a simple food and turn it into something that doesn't taste nearly as simple as it is! My biggest problem? I run throught the cupboards, and add anything that catches my eye that I think would be good in a dish. I add it, stirring, tasting, putting it back in the cabinet and grabbing the next impromptu ingredient and end up with an incredible dish- that I have no idea what I just did to get it. OR I know what I did and think I'll remember it next time... but I don't! I've posted a few recipes where I remember what I did- and this is as close as I've come to writing it down!). I love to get together with my mom and cook for family gatherings or simple grill-outs!
