Meatballs
- 4 eggs
- 473.18 ml dry breadcrumbs
- 118.29 ml finely chopped onion
- 4.92 ml salt
- 9.85 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 2.46 ml white pepper or 2.46 ml black pepper
- 1814.36 g lean ground beef

Sauce
- 236.59 ml ketchup
- 177.44 ml packed brown sugar
- 59.14-118.29 ml chopped onion
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml liquid smoke
directions
- In large bowl, beat eggs.
- Add the next five ingredients.
- Add beef;mix well.
- Shape into balls.
- Place in single layers on ungreased baking pans.
- Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often.
- Drain.
- Place meatballs into an ungreased 1 qt baking dish.
- Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
- Cover and bake at 350 for about 15-30 minutes.
- Stir to cover meatballs evenly with sauce.
