- 2 bananas, peeled
- 3 oranges, peeled and quartered
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 small bunch red grapes
- 4 cups ice water

- In a Vita-Mix or Health Master blender add ingredients in order listed Blend all ingredients at medium and then high speed til smooth. Serve chilled will keep 2-3 days in refrigerator.
