- 1 sunflower seed butter
- 118.29 ml almond butter
- 78.07 ml raw honey
- 36.97 ml unrefined coconut oil, slightly melted
- 9.85 ml vanilla extract
- 177.44 ml freshly ground flax seed
- 59.14 ml high quality whey protein (Standard Process, BioPure , Garden of Life)
- 88.74 ml cocoa or 88.74 ml carob powder
- 4.92 ml sea salt
- 118.29 ml shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
- In separate bowls combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, mixing by hand.
- Press into a small buttered pan and refrigerate or freeze.
