Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 frozen banana (or any frozen fruit)
  • 3 tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or to your taste)

Directions

  1. Put everything in blender and blend until smooth.
