- 2 (907.18 g) can vegetarian refried beans
- 453.59 g container fat free sour cream
- 28.34 g package dry ranch dressing mix
- 473.18 ml reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 63.78 g can sliced ripe olives
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
directions
- Spread both cans of refried beans in an 8x8 square baking dish.
- In a medium size bowl, mix the package of ranch dressing with the sour cream.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the beans.
- Top with black olives, tomato, and green onions.
- Cover with cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with light or baked tortilla chips.
