This pie is super easy (only 4 ingredients), very refreshing for a summer dessert and is a pretty pink pie! Works well for a summer wedding or baby shower.
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (6 ounce) can pink lemonade, thawed
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (16 ounce) carton Cool Whip
- Mix pink lemonade and sweetened condensed milk until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in graham cracker crust. Chill until set.
This was one of five pies I made for a pie-tasting/pie-sharing event that some nuts (like me) helped plan for our mobile home park, & it was a big success (both the event & the pie-tasting)! I pushed this one as a recognition of October as Breast Cancer Month, & the pie, itself was well received! Definitely a dessert worth making again! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
