ingredients

1 onion, finely diced
400 g diced tomatoes
400 g water
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¹⁄₂ cup of fresh Baby Spinach
3 teaspoons dried basil
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon cream

directions

Put everything except for the cream in a pressure cooker, bring to pressure, then leave for 15 minutes.
Release pressure, using fast release.
Stir through cream and serve on pasta of your choice.
