  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Cut in butter and shortening.
  3. Knead until stiff.
  4. ROll out into 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut into 25 squares.
  6. Place filling ingredients inches Bake at 350 for 20 min until flaky.
  7. Let cool.
