Sugary Pecans

ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1 lb pecans, halves
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon

directions

1. Beat egg whites and 1 teaspoons water to froth.
2. Add pecans, moistening each.
3. Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Roll pecans in sugar mixture.
5. Spread in pan. Bake 300 degrees for 30 to 45 mintues.
