Sugar Free, Oatmeal Squares

Chewy squares with no sugar or yeast. Just the right amount of sweet.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 34 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 12 cup flax seed, ground
  • 14 cup pumpkin seeds (or ground nuts or dried fruit of your choice)
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 12 teaspoon maple extract (Mapeline for Canadians, or Vanilla extract)
  • 12 cup agave nectar
  • 12 cup water (or milk)


  1. In large bowl mix dry ingredients.
  2. thoroughly mix melted butter into dry ingredients.
  3. in measuring cup (or small bowl) mix wet ingredients
  4. thoroughly mix with dry
  5. spread into 8'X8" baking pan and bake at 375 F for approx 20 minutes.
  6. cut into squares, cool and enjoy.
