- 709.77 ml rice
- 236.59 ml Urad Dal

Stuffing
- 4.92 ml pistachios, blanched
- 14.79 ml roasted cashew nuts
- 7.39 ml green bell pepper, diced
- 7.39 ml red bell pepper, diced
- 14.79 ml pickle masala
- 4.92 ml kasuri methi
- 14.79 ml carrot, sliced
directions
- Soak rice and urad dal and wet grind to make batter.
- Set aside to ferment.
- Then, brush idli tray with oil.
- Place ingredients of the stuffing, mixed or separate in the centre of each idli space.
- Pour the fermented mixture over the stuffing.
- Steam until idlis are cooked.
- Serve hot.
