- 1 cup strawberry (fresh or fresh frozen)
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges, juice of
- 1 cup ice (cracked)
- Blend the strawberries, lime juice, banana, and a little orange juice in a blender until smooth.
- Add the remaining orange juice and cracked ice if desired.
- Blend again.
A nice, non-dairy smoothie for a change. I like the addition of lime juice, but next time I will cut it in half as the drink was a bit too tart for my tastebuds. I made the leftovers into popsicles for my son. Thanks.
Wonderful Chef Mommie...What a great way to wake up. I used fresh lime and orange juice and frozen strawberries and banana. I didn't need to use the ice cubes. This lovely tart drink was very flavorful...thanks for sharing
