ingredients
- 250 g raw rice
- 110 g split white gram (urad dal)
- 2 -3 tablespoons cooked rice
- salt
- oil
directions
- Soak the rice and dal for 4-5 hours.
- Grind with cooked rice.
- Keep ovenight.
- Add salt to taste abd mix well.
- Grease moulds.
- Steam for 10-15 minutes till done.
