  • - Clean prawns, slice horizontally.
  • - Heat up oil, deep fry smashed garlic, add diced red pepper and seasonings. Stir well.
  • - Spread shredded spring onion on plate and place prawns on top. Pour deep-fried smashed garlic and the seasoning on the prawns. Steam over high heat for 4 minutes.
  • - Heat sauce ingredients and pour on prawns. Garnish with flower-shaped spring onions.
