We enjoyed the flavor of this sauce, but it seemed a bit strong to us. DH thought it might be the amount of balsamic vinegar, and I think it's the amount of Dijon mustard. In either case we will be making it again, and adjusting one or the other to suit our tastes. Once I have what works best for us, I'll update my review.

This is such DELICIOUS and EASY recipe! I came across your recipe yesterday while planning my weekly menu. I usually use similar ingredients for my steaks, but I marinate them in the balsamic & dijon and then broil them. Never again! Yours was hands down one of the best steak recipes I've ever had. Both my DH & DS raved. Made it with my "Asparagus with Creamy, Cheesy, Aioli Sauce", Recipe #392765, which complemented it nicely. Thanks for such a great and simple recipe!
