very nice and easy dinner, i used half beef and half pork. and so much quicker to prepare than meatloaf

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Form into 6'steaks' (oblong patties).
  4. Place in baking pan and bake at 450 F for 20 minutes.
  5. Drain any grease.
  6. In small saucepan, heat all gravy ingredients until smooth and thick.
  7. Pour over steaks.
  8. BAke 20 minutes or until cooked through.
