Steak Finish Powder

"This is a finish rub for your grilled steaks and other meats. It can even be used for fish. Use a shaker with small diameter holes to apply. You only need a small dusting."

• Yields: 20 Steaks
• Serves: 20

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons of carne guisada seasoning
• 2 tablespoons Butter Buds
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 tablespoon paprika

directions

1. Combine all in a bowl with a wire whisk.
2. Lightly sprinkle each side of your already grilled steak before resting them.
3. Tent each steak with foil for at least 5-minutes.
4. Remove steaks from foil and serve immediately.
5. Enjoy.
