This sauce is very nice for dipping thinly sliced strips of steak, and it can also be used as a base for a shrimp cocktail.
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon ground horseradish (NOT the stuff mixed with creamy fillers)
- Keep the ratio of catsup and honey about even, but the heat of sauce can be adjusted by adding more or less horseradish.
I was playing around with this sauce ( don't let anyone tell that you can't play with your food ) and found that when added to sour cream, it makes a nice chip dip or a thousand island style salad dressing.
