- 236.59 ml plain Greek yogurt
- 118.29 ml olive oil mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml garlic paste
- 29.58 ml sriracha sauce (or more or less to your liking)
- 0.25 ml salt, to taste
- 0.25 ml pepper, to taste
- 44.37 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
directions
- In a tall mixing cup, using a hand held emulsifier (can be done in a blender as well), combine all ingredients until smooth.
- season with salt and pepper.
- Notes: Recipe can be made a day ahead, stored in an airtight container, and refrigerated. Will keep for several days.
