  • Preheat oven fot 350 degrees in bowl, combine spinach, cream, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese,cream cheese and mix with blender until well blended.
  • Pour mixture into casserole or 8x8 glass baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with remainder of Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes until edges are bubbly and golden.

  4. This was nice & gooey cheesy comforting & still healthy, lol. It went over well with everybody but dh but no matter, I'd rather the kids like it anyway. His idea was to use fresh baby spinach. I suppose that could be done but oh my, the cost of that much freash baby spinach! This recipe is EASY & quick to assemble. Thank you!
     
  5. I halved this recipe as it was just the two of us. Worked very well. I added 1 large clove of smashed garlic. We really enjoyed this recipe. Simple easy to find ingredients and easy to follow instructions, what more could agirl ask for? Thanks for posting!
