- 439.41 g can chickpeas, drained
- 946.36 ml fresh spinach, loosely packed
- 2 (680.38 g) jar marinated artichoke hearts, with juice
- 29.58 ml tahini
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 118.29 ml romano cheese, grated
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
