Absolutely freaking amazing! Great on tofu, chicken, broccoli, veggies...
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Combine first 5 ingredients until smooth.
- Add water and blend with food processor or hand blender.
Needs half the peanut butter, coconut milk instead of water, sesame oil, and sri-racha.
My husband loved this and he is not a peanut fan! At first it was tasted too peanut buttery (for my personal preferance) so I went heavy on the garlic and soysauce which turned out wonderful. We've eaten it with several things! You can add cayenne or hot pepper if you like a little burn.
