- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 8 ears fresh corn
- Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning often.
- Brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture.
This was a neat recipe, used fresh cilantro from the garden, great taste, but I think I still prefer butter, so I will use in in place of the mayo next time.
We fixed this last week, in early May, with white corn. It was one of the best tasting recipes, especially the dressing. Not too spicy, but just enough. We will definitely be using this when grilling. Thank you so much!
This was a nice change from the regular butter. There was a nice spiciness that I enjoyed. Thanks Cookin!
