Spicy Chipotle Pineapple Martini

- 2 ounces belvedere vodka
- 1 ounce monin chipotle pineapple syrup
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
- 6 -8 mint leaves
directions
- Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Mix the Belvedere Vodka, Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup, pineapple juice and simple syrup into shaker. Stir well.
- Strain cocktail into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
