I enjoy cooking in fits and starts, but I always enjoy reading cooking books - any. Sometimes I just look at the pictures, I rarely use a recipe as it is, I nearly always embellish - it is part of the fun. I have a large collection of recipe books, but refuse to feel guilty as I read of someone who while not being a cook, had 4,000 recipe books. I have decided that I will stop when I get to 4,000 also.
I am married with 2 children, 8 and 6, work full time. I enjoy travel, movies, gardening and planning my dream house.
