Spicy Cheeseburger Pizza
"This recipe was in a Velveeta ad in Better Homes and Gardens magazine. It looks absolutely awesome and easy too!"

1 pizza
ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel, well drained (diced tomatoes and green chillis)
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
directions
- HEAT oven to 400ºF.
- BROWN meat in medium skill; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in VELVEETA®.
- PLACE pizza crust on baking sheet. Mix RO*TEL® and Hunt's® ketchup; spread onto crust. Top with meat mixture.
- BAKE 10 minutes. Top with lettuce.

<p>I've loved cooking and baking for as long as I can remember. I've really gotten into it more in the past few years.
