Spicy Cheese Pastries

"CAUTION: These peppery little treats are addictive! Increase the cayenne, depending on your heat tolerance. These are perfect with cocktails and make great neighbor gifts. From a May 1986 issue of Bon Appetit in the "Great Cook" section. Note: I got a littlre over 5 dozen pastries and the next time will up the hot sauce and cayenne even more than I did (just slightly increased both) because they could use a little more "kick" for me."
