South Beach diet friendly spicy avocado Pita
- Season avocado with chile powder and salt.
- Stir until it is quite creamy.
- Spread 1/2 avocado mixture inside each pita pocket, tuck in a bit of lettuce, and serve.
A lovely little treat, that is wonderful tasting, and I followed this exactly. I love the use of chili powder here I used kosher salt to taste. The avocado really does spread so nicely when mixed up, and looks very pretty too! I might add some chopped jalapeno, and chopped tomato next time, but this was extremely tasty on it's own.
