I found this in our newspaper, and made it for our Super Bowl party. It was great! I like the idea of toasted sesame seeds.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (or heat broiler or prepare grill).
  2. Stir together hot sauce, mustard, sesame oil and vinegar in small measuring cup.
  3. Spoon 1/4 c. of this mixture and the apricot jam into a blender.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. Reserve for basting and dipping sauce.
  6. Place wings in large bowl.
  7. Pour remaining hot sauce mixture over wings, and toss to coat.
  8. Cover, marinate in fridge 20 minutes.
  9. Oven: Place wings on baking pan, discard remaining marinade.
  10. Bake 1 hour until cooked and crispy; turn halfway though and brush with apricot sauce during last 10 min.
  11. Broiler: Place wings in pan, discard marinade and broil 6" from heat 15-20 mins.
  12. Brush with sauce during 10 mins.
  13. Grill: Place wings on oiled grid, discard marinade.
  14. Grill over med.
  15. heat 30-40 mins.
  16. until cooked and crispy.
  17. Brush with sauce during last 10 mins.
  18. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  19. Serve with remaining sauce.
