Spiced Raisin Cookies With White Chocolate Drizzle
- Heat oven to 375. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and salt in small bowl, set aside. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add molasses and sgg; beat well. Beat in raisins. Gradually add in flour mixture on low speed just until incorporated. Drop dough by tbsp on ungreased sheet 2" apart. Flatten slightly. Bake 12-14 minutes till set. Cool on sheets 1 minute then transfer to wire rack and cool completley. Microwave chocolate in a heavy resealable plastic bag at high for 30 seconds. Turn bag over; heat another 30-40 seconds till almost melted. Knead the bag with hands to melt remaining chocolate. Cut a 1/8 " corner off one end of bag. Drizzle chocolate on cooled cookies. let stand 20 minutes.
