  1. This goes together quicker than you could bat your eye. I think though I must have done something wrong. For me the dressing was just sweet. So much so, that's all I could taste. I added extra mustard and some cayenne and tried it again the next day. Guess it just wasn't enough. Sorry Annacia. Clearly it works very well for others. Maybe my taste buds were on holidays. 2. Goes together super fast! I threw the walnuts in the microwave to toast them and made the rest of the salad - had this to the table and done eating in less than half an hour. The three of us ate the entire salad and everyone enjoyed the dressing (although I didn't use the sour cream cuz mine wasn't good anymore). Would make a nice addition to a holiday table too.

  3. It was perfect for dinner cause it's so hot and humid today. I loved the dressing. For me it was enough sweetness. I love sweet dressing. I don't know if my package was dried cranberries or cherries. Cause I took it in bulk a few weeks ago. And I didn't write the name. If it's cherries, it was really good. Thanks Annacia. Made for 123 tag game.

  4. This was a nice change from the usual spinach salads out there. We prefer a bit of a bite to to sweet so I left out the sugar. Next time I make it I'll try a dash of hot sauce. The cranberries and walnuts were a nice touch!
