  • In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut each tenderloin into six pieces; flatten to about 1-inch thickness. Melt butter in large skillet. Dip pork into flour mixture; add to skillet and brown on both sides. Place in an ungreased 11x7 baking dish. In the same skillet, saute onion and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over pork. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

  4. This was good, but we thought it was a little too sweet. I'll probably cut the brown sugar in half when I make this again. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Oh MAMA...this is so delightful. I didnt have apple juice so I just added water but I doubt if it made any difference. I had exactly 2lbs of tenderloin but next time I will get a little more as there was a lot of extra sauce. The pork fell apart, could be cut with a fork and melted in your mouth. DD#1 who is a chef said it was great and really flavorful. I confiscated a piece for my lunch tomorrow to put on a homemade bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo and am eagerly looking forward to that!Thanx for one to go in my keeper file!
