This is a nice make-ahead drink to have on hand for those hot summer days.

  1. Combine 2 cups water and sugar in a large suacepan and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 quart hot water and te bags. Steep tea bags for 3 to 5 minutes, according to taste. Add cold water, orange and lemon juice. Refrigerate or serve immediately over ice. Garnish each glass with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint for garnish.
