Sparkling Adult Cider

"Tried this on a whim and now it is my all time favorite drink! Apple cider is just pressed apples make sure you don't use spiced or sparkling. The drink gets it's fizz from the wine."

• Yields: 4 glasses
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1 (750 ml) bottle asti spumante sparkling wine
• 2 cups apple cider or 2 cups juice

directions

1. Pour 1/2 cup cider each into two wine glasses.
2. Fill the rest with spumante and repeat as necessary.
