Spaghetti Meatballs

• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope spaghetti sauce mix

directions

1. in a bowl, combine beef and sauce mix.
2. shape into 1 inch balls.
3. place in a shallow 2 quart microwave-safe dish.
4. cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
5. rotate a quarter turn.
6. microwave 2 minutes longer, or until meat is no longer pink.
7. drain.
8. use in your favorite spaghetti sauce recipe.
