I got this recipe from a friend. It was one of her recipes that she often served to guests.It was clipped from a newspaper,....Great recipe
- 907.18 g cut up chicken
- 236.59 ml flour
- 9.85 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 2.46 ml curry
- 158.51 ml brown sugar
- 29.58 ml vinegar
- 29.58 ml soya sauce
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- water, added to sauce to equal 2 cups
- Prepare mix .
- coat chicken and brown and place in baking dish.
- Prepare sauce and pour over chicken. Baste and bake at 325F about 2 hours or until chicken is cooked.
- Servings is approximate.
Perfect! It's a keeper! It's so tender and the sweet sauce which was poured over the chicken wasn't overpoweringly sweet as I initially thought. Even my picky DH went back for another serving when we had this for dinner with rice and peas. Each bite was savored and enjoyed! Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe, Dotty2!

Excellent! Great tasting chicken. Almost had to draw straws to see who would get the last piece. Had me wishing I had made more! Your friend is on the right track with this recipe, this chicken is one great recipe to be serving guests ... with this in the oven you won't need to be hovering in the kitchen when you have company.
