From Bon Appetit. Try this on roasted vegetables! Mixed greens! Yes, and spicy!
- 3 tablespoons dark balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red jalapeno chile, finely minced
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- Whisk the first 3 ingredients in a non-reactive bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill but bring to room temperature and whisk before using.
