  • Pour dressing over prepared potatoes and chill 2 hours.
  • Add celery, onion and chopped egg whties. Add sieved egg yokes.
  • Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream and celery seed.
  • Fold inot potato mixture.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Chill 2 hours before serving.

  1. This is a really pretty potato salad & would be a nice change at a summer BBQ. I liked the creaminess & it held very well. I didn't use much of the specified mayo at all, just 2T. I had plenty of dressing for the salad without it. Maybe my potaoes were smaller? I also used dry horeradish powder in with dijon mustard as a sub. It had a nice bite, but I can't say for sure my changes duplicate the recipe exactly. Made for Spring Pick A Chef '09!
