Tasty, tender and so easy with a little help from canned soups.
- 2 cans French onion soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper
- Put roast in crock pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper if so desired.
- Add soups and cook on low about 5 hours.
- Put veggies in with potatoes on the bottom and cook for 2 more hours.
