This is a recipe that I found in one of my client's cookbooks..... It's titled "R.V. Cooking"
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2⁄3 cup evaporated milk (small can)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Combine first three ingredients in small saucepan and mix well.
- Stir in milk and mix until smooth.
- Add margarine and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly as frosting thickens.
- Frosts 8-inch cake.
