Use about a 1/4 cup per recipe for a quick way way to add great flavor to so many meals. Saute in olive oil and then add any other ingredients.

  1. Remove all the seeds from cleaned peppers and slice.
  2. Peel the onion and chop into a few pieces.
  3. Mix in a blender or a food processor with peeled garlic cloves, washed cilantro leaves and salt until pureed.
  4. Stays good about a week only in the reftigerator.
