Use about a 1/4 cup per recipe for a quick way way to add great flavor to so many meals. Saute in olive oil and then add any other ingredients.
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1⁄2 medium green pepper
- 1⁄4 medium red pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cilantro leaves

- Remove all the seeds from cleaned peppers and slice.
- Peel the onion and chop into a few pieces.
- Mix in a blender or a food processor with peeled garlic cloves, washed cilantro leaves and salt until pureed.
- Stays good about a week only in the reftigerator.
