  • Soften ice cream.
  • Mix all ingredients into ice cream.
  • Put into an 8x8 pan or pie plate and freeze.
  • Cut into 9 pieces.

This is a refreshing and tasty dessert using ingredients that make it pretty guilt free! :) I used the ingredients as suggested with the exception of the crunchy peanut butter because I had none on hand, but no worries, I used a couple Tablespoons of dry roasted peanuts I ground up and added to my creamy! I also used chocolate fudge sugar free pudding! Yum! :) Thanks for an easy recipe Marlene!
     
  2. On taste alone, this recipe would get at least five stars. However, I expected it to have the texture of ice cream, to be something that could be sliced and lifted out with a lifter. Instead, it was more like a very cold pudding. I used brand name ingredients, so I don't think that was the problem. It was delicious, though, not to worry!
