ingredients
- 2 -8 ounces blocks cream cheese
- 1 cup of medium- sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of minced salmon, smoked (optional)
- 1 cap ful of smoke seasoning liquid
- 1 cup of chapped walnuts
directions
- Put everything in a mixingbowl on medium. Make 2 balls out of your
- cheese mixture. Put in a ziploc with 1/2 of your walnuts, coat.your cheese mixture. Enjoy.

I had a smoked salmon cheese ball at a party and wanted to make one myself, so I was thrilled to find this recipe! It was very similar and VERY delicious! I used about 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke, as I halved the recipe and was unsure what a capful might be as my liquid smoke was a shaker type. Next time I might try using 2 t liquid smoke for 1/2 recipe. I mixed the cheeses and liquid smoke with the mixer, then added the smoked salmon by hand. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!
