This is a delicious extremely easy summery dish comprised of slices of smoked chicken and avocado, drizzled with vinaigrette, that can do as an entree, in place of a salad, or even as a main meal served with a green salad.   1. Combine the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mustard in a closed container and shake vigorously.
  2. Slice the chicken fillet.
  3. Slice the avocado.
  4. Arrange in alternating slices on a plate.
  5. Scatter hazelnuts or wasabi peas over the top.
  6. Drizzle dressing over it.
