Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 large ripe banana, cut in chunks
  • 2 kiwi, peeled
  • 12 cup crushed ice
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider or 3 tablespoons juice
  • green food coloring


  1. Place banana chunks, kiwi, ice, and apple cider in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add food coloring to desired green color.
  3. Enjoy!

This is really tasty, I only had one good kiwi left so also added some green grapes to bulk it up. Instead of food colouring I added some baby spinach for extra green & to also get a serving of vegies into my toddler DD, she happily gulped this up. This would also be a great mixture for ice-pops.
