Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (26 1/2 ounce) canitalian sausage spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups dry elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarell cheese (divided)
  • 12 slices pepperoni (cut in 4ths and divided)


  1. Cook Beef in large skillet (drain if needed).
  2. Stir in 2-1/2 Cups of water and sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in Macaroni.
  3. Reduce heat to Medium -- simmer for 10-12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  4. Stir in half the cheese and pepperoni and tip with remaing cheese and pepperoni. Let stan for 5 minutes.
