- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 (26 1/2 ounce) can hunt's italian sausage spaghetti sauce
- 3 cups dry elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 12 slices pepperoni, chopped and divided
directions
- Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Blend in 2 1/2 cups water and spaghetti sauce; bring to a boil.
- Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10-12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in half of cheese and pepperoni; top with remaining cheese and pepperoni.
- Let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
