  • Heat the oven to 425°F.
  • Place the potato wedges in an oven proof dish and bake for 15 minutes until they are crispy.
  • Drain the tuna thoroughly and mix together with the red onion, mayonnaise and most of the chives. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the tuna mix over the wedges, combining it slightly.
  • Top with the cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
  • Sprinkle over the rest of the chives and serve with a crisp green salad.
