  • Mix salsa, ketchup and mayo in small bowl until well blended. Toss with veggies in large salad bowl. Top with crushed chips.

  1. Made this just for 2 of us & followed the recipe EXCEPT that I included the avocado on only one of the salads (not mine), but I did include a 1/2 cup of diced jicama in my salad! Will certainly make this salad again! [Recipenapped & made in the Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Swap 23]
